The following are the Terms and Conditions (the "Agreement") which govern your access and use of services supplied by drlambe.com through which consulting services may be provided (collectively the "Platform") online. This website is owned and operated by Dr. Lambe. The Platform may be provided or be accessible via multiple websites or applications whether owned and/or operated by Dr. Lambe, including, without limitation, the website drlambe.com and any related applications.
By accessing or using the Platform, you are entering into this Agreement. You should read this Agreement carefully before starting to use the Platform. If you do not agree to be bound to any term of this Agreement, or the Privacy Policy, you must not access the Platform.
Dr. Lambe provides a full range of psychological services both in-person and online. While it is hoped these services are beneficial to you, you understand, agree and acknowledge that they may not be the appropriate solution for everyone's needs and that they may not be appropriate for every particular situation and/or may not be a complete substitute for a face-to-face examination and/or care in every particular situation.
THE PLATFORM IS NOT INTENDED FOR THE PROVISION OF CLINICAL DIAGNOSIS REQUIRING AN IN-PERSON EVALUATION.
The Platform may contain other content, products or services which are offered or provided by third parties ("Third Party Content"), links to Third Party Content or advertisements which are related to Third Party Content. Dr. Lambe has no responsibility for the creation of any such Third Party Content and will not be liable for any damage or loss caused by any Third Party Content.
YOU HEREBY RELEASE DR. LAMBE AND AGREE TO HOLD DR. LAMBE HARMLESS FROM ANY AND ALL CAUSES OF ACTION AND CLAIMS OF ANY NATURE RESULTING FROM PSYCHOLOGICAL SERVICES PROVIDED, INCLUDING ANY ACT, OMISSION, OPINION, RESPONSE, ADVICE, SUGGESTION, INFORMATION AND/OR SERVICE OF DR. LAMBE.
THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT ANY EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. THE USE OF THE PLATFORM IS AT YOUR OWN RISK. DR. LAMBE EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED.
DR. LAMBE'S AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR DAMAGES ARISING WITH RESPECT TO THIS AGREEMENT WILL NOT EXCEED THE TOTAL AMOUNT OF MONEY PAID BY YOU IN THE 3 MONTHS PERIOD PRIOR TO THE DATE OF ANY CLAIM.
You hereby confirm that you are legally able to consent to receive Services, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, and that you are legally able to enter into a contract.
You confirm that all information provided through the Platform is accurate, true, current and complete, and that you will maintain and update this information accordingly.
You agree that your use of the Platform is for your own personal use only and that you are not using the Platform on behalf of any other person or organisation without appropriate authorisation.
If you are asked for any payment, Stripe online payment services are used. Card details are protected through Stripe. Dr. Lambe does not hold any information on payment details provided through the platform.
Video consultations are conducted via Google Meet. Clients will receive a meeting link following confirmation of their appointment and completion of payment. All you need is a smartphone, tablet, or computer with a camera and microphone.
Dr. Lambe may modify, suspend, disrupt or discontinue the Platform at any time with or without notice. If you paid for a service that is not delivered, you will be entitled to a refund.
Once an online appointment has been booked and payment made, there are no refunds.
